Written over a 2 year period, this album traces Phil Thornton’s journey of discovery starting in Gambia and ending with European and American influences in Tribal Dance styles. Collaborations with artists from all over these regions have produced 14 tracks of exceptional quality. These tracks were recorded ‘in the field’ and are not studio based to give that authentic feel.
